Why Leads Don’t Convert Into Customers

There are two main reasons why your leads don’t convert into customers.

It is usually…

  1. Your offer is simply no good or…
  2. Your traffic is not targeted

The Offer…

It doesn’t matter how great your landing pages, your copywriting, ads, and angles are if the offer you’re running is simply no good.

Think about the offer you are currently running…

Is it something you actually have tried out yourself?

If it is an offer to a traffic source, does that traffic source convert for your own offers?

Or are you promoting it simply because they offer a premade website and some “fast & easy” earnings possibilities?

What about your MLM offer? Do you actually buy the products in your MLM opportunity and use them yourself?

Or are you more focused on promoting the MLM aspect… Rather than actually trying out the product and making a recommendation based on your use of the product itself?

My standard rule of thumb is this…

If I would recommend the product/offer to a friend because I actually like and use the product/offer, then I would promote that offer.

The Traffic…

The other reason that your offer is not turning your visitors into sales is probably because your traffic is not targeted.

The best offer is not going to convert any leads into customers…

Unless those leads are targeted leads.

After all, if your site is selling the best Amazon baby strollers on the planet…

You are not going to convert many Amazon visitors looking for tablets or smartphones.

With traffic, it is not the amount of traffic or leads you get every day…

It is about the number of targeted leads you get every day.

Targeted leads to a good offer equals conversions and sales…

Look At Your Campaigns

Why not take a second and look at your campaigns you are currently running?

Really look at your offer; would you refer it to a friend?

Does it actually work for you?

Do you even use your own product?

Look at the leads you have coming into your offer.

Are they targeted leads? Can you offer them a real solution to a problem they are having?

Do you want 1000s of generic leads that are lukewarm about your offer?

Or just dozens of laser targeted leads looking for a solution to a problem that your offer can solve for them?

If you haven’t why not take a good look at your offer right now…

And then examine if your traffic is actually targeted.

If you’re not making a dime, then it is usually because one or the other are simply not working.
